It’s Derry here

AWESOME! That’s all I can say
about our little 3 song set at The Docks in
Toronto last night! We want to thank Q107 for
inviting us to play at the big May 24 - 30th
Anniversary show. It was the first time on stage
again with the original members in about 15
years. That’s right, the original HMS is back
together and hitting the road this summer and
it's going to be a blast. Check the website
for dates. We will be everywhere from Newfoundland
to BC. |

We
have also been busy in the studio lately recording
several new songs with producer/manager Tom
Treumuth at the controls. The new stuff sounds
great and we plan to get a record done this
year. The sound is classic HMS with big melodic
hooks, lots of crunchy guitars and lush keyboards. |

On another note, we are still
waiting for the long anticipated DVD which is
tied up in major label release scheduling at
the moment, but we hope to have it in stores
soon. |
|
For
those of you in Western Canada, you might have
heard "New Girl Now" recently in a
TV commercial for Toyota. You weren't hearing
things. The commercial was called "Mid-life
Crisis" and it was quite funny. Thanks
to Toyota for that........now where's my free
car? |

Anyways, welcome back Gary,
Dave and Ray. We will kick off the summer tour
with a big July 1st Canada day show in Kanata,
Ont. Hope to see a lot of you there. |
